Wildflowers of Point Reyes National Seashore

Edited by Eva Buxton, Kristin Jakob & Vernon Smith

This second revised and enlarged edition of Wildflowers of Point Reyes National Seashore is published to help visitors identify some of the most common and conspicuous flowers—especially those that grow beside trails, along the roadsides, and in the areas most often visited.

The flower pictures are arranged by color. In addition, common and scientific names, family, blooming season, and habitat are included.

Wildflowers of Point Reyes National Seashore was produced by the Marin Chapter of the California Native Plant Society and the Point Reyes National Seashore Association. The text was provided by Eva Buxton and Kristin Jakob. Photographs were contributed by Vernon Smith, Doreen Smith, Barry Breckling, Neal Kramer, William Follette, Eva Buxton, Debra Cook, John Longstreth, and the National Park Service. Thanks also to the Superintendent and staff of Point Reyes National Seashore.

This booklet can be purchased at chapter meetings or can be ordered from the Marin Chapter Online Store.
