Learn how to capture images of your favorite tiny plants and pollinators! Marin Municipal Water District will be hosting an introduction to macrophotography with photographer Paul Myers. Working for the Golden Gate Parks Conservancy as photographer and a multimedia producer, Paul Myers strives to capture what the parks mean to their visitors through his lens. At this event, he will show amateur photographers and nature enthusiasts introductory techniques for taking beautiful, close-up details of tiny plants, insects, lichens and more. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own camera, smart phone, and/or tablet, although there will be a few devices available to borrow. Appropriate for ages 16 and up.
Attendees should wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes and walking shoes

The event is free but preregistration is required.
